If your nails become scratched or misshapen, we will fix them for you. To avail this service, please inform the salon within 6 days of your initial service. You must schedule an appointment for the repair within one week of the original service. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credit notes, and simply changing your mind is not an acceptable reason for a refund. If you’re unhappy with the quality of our work, we will redo the service at no extra cost, but you must notify us immediately after the service. Once you leave the salon, it is assumed you are satisfied with the results. If your nails are damaged due to negligence, we will charge for any repairs or replacements. If you’re unsure about nail care, feel free to ask our technician for guidance.

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify a salon coordinator. If your delay exceeds ten minutes and we haven’t been informed, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that all services will be completed if you are late, as we have a schedule to maintain.

Paris Nails & Spa cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings that may be damaged during our services. We kindly ask that you handle nail polishes with care and make sure you haven’t left any of your possessions behind before leaving the salon.

You can pay for all services and products using cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Paris Nails And Spa Gift Certificates.

Your Gift Card cannot be used for cash advances or exchanged for cash. We are not responsible for expired cards, and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, and it is your responsibility to keep your card safe and secure.
